Guangzhou City not approved CSL certificate

Guangzhou City is not approved the 2023 Chinese league certificate. Though the team stuck in financial difficulties edged to win the relegation battle last season (15th in 18 CSL teams), they failed to settle debt issues to meet all demands to participate the 2023 season.
