After Alexander N'Doumbou, Li Tixiang and Jean Evrard Kouassi, Zhejiang announce the 4th signing in the transfer window: Ji Shengpan, a midfielder whose ancestral home is Wenzhou, joins the club. The 23-year-old scored 19 goals in the past two seasons in the CL1 side Zibo Cuju. 11.png
