China qualify for the 2023 FIBA WC

In a FIBA World Cup qualifier held in Tehran on Monday, China defeated Bahrain 80-67 in overtime with 27 points notched up by Wang Zhelin. With a 8-2 record in the group, China secured a berth in the 2023 FIBA World Cup. It might be the last match for Du Feng as the head coach of the team.
