Hunan Billows forfeited a CL2 match

On Wednesday, Hunan Billows, a CL2 club, withdraw a match against Wuxi Wugou, who were then awarded a 3-0 win. The reason is insufficient number of players. It's the second case that a match is forfeited due to insufficient number of players within a week in Chinese League.
