Zibo Cuju forfeited a CL1 match

Due to insufficient number of players, Zibo Cuju, ranked 13th in all 18 teams in the CL1 table, had to forfeit the match on Monday night against Heilongjiang Ice City. As Zibo Cuju failed to pay outstanding salaries yet, players they signed recently are suspended of playing for the club.
