Xinjiang Tianshan Snow Leopard still in CL1

As Qingdao and Guizhou did not get Chinese Football League license this year, Xinjiang Tianshan Snow Leopard will continue to play in CL1 this year and the relegation last season is null and void. It's their 3rd relegation within the past 4 years that did not come into effect.
