Elkeson set to play for Gremio as Chinese

According to Brazilian media, Elkeson will play for Gremio as a Chinese player. As the 32-year-old striker retains citizenship, he will be eligible to represent China for the 2023 AFC Asian Cup hosted at home and even the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
