Jiangsu FC reborn after the Suningexit?

According to a Chinese company registration website, a club called 'Jiangsu Jasmine' is recently founded. Jiangsu Ruiboen(appears to be the transliteration of 'reborn' in Chinese pinyin), the parent company of the club, was set up by shareholders including Cao Rui, a former player and assistant coach of Jiangsu Suning, Ji Xiang, Wu Xi, Li Ang, three mainstay players of Jiangsu Suning last season, and Wu Lei, who was born and grew up in Nanjing, the city where the former Jiangsu Suning was based.
